Too Much Weightlifting Can Possibly Give You Hemorrhoids
Aug 22, 2007 in Weight Lifting
There are many causes for hemorrhoids and sad to say, one of the probable cause is too much weightlifting. If you are an athlete whose main game is weightlifting or body-building, here are some of the tips that you need to know to prevent hemorrhoids or how to cure hemorrhoids when it gets the better of you. First and foremost, hemorrhoid causes intense pain, not only in the rectal area, but throughout the body. You can’t concentrate and stay focused on the things you do. But to save yourself from swollen veins, drink a lot of water. Any other liquid, except alcoholic beverages, are good but plain water is the best. If you feel you have enough pressure on lifting heavy things, rest and drink a lot water in-between. If you lack in eating high fiber foods, you need to change that, too. But remember, weight lifting is just one of the causes of hemorrhoids. If you need some good remedies in a natural manner without compromising your health, feel free to look for one over the Internet and don’t bother to physically look for one across town. Hemorrhoids might get worst.
