Very few free diet programs realize the importance of using dairy products in their plans. We all know that dairy contains high levels of calcium however most don’t know that calcium contribute to weight loss. How? Calcium releases a certain hormone in the body that suppresses the hunger feelings you get. Therefore, you eat more calcium you eat less other foods and lose weight.
